With over 15 years of experience, Eddy Germain is an expert in the art of mixology and a renowned establishment manager. Eddy has dedicated his career to creating unique and memorable experiences through his innovative cocktails. Now the owner of Le Crimson bar located at 323 Rue Ontario and Les Alchimistes Épicuriens, he joins us for an evening to share his cocktail universe. Supported by Monkey Shoulder Scotch whisky and the PMA agency, Eddy will present three exclusive cocktails for the evening.
