Return, Refund and Exchange Policy 

Prior communication
Before returning an item or certificate, please contact us by email at
information@barbootlegger.com to obtain authorization and return instructions.

Return timeframe
You have 7 business days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund
(merchandise or certificates).

Condition of items
Items must be returned to our address in perfect condition and in their original
packaging.

Refund procedure
Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received and
inspected.
Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within the following
business days.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Final sale items cannot be
refunded.

Exchange procedure
For an exchange, we only replace items that are broken or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please first email us at
information@barbootlegger.com to obtain authorization and instructions.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
