To close the year in style, we are proud to showcase the brand-new creation from Ungava Distillery.

Renowned for its iconic yellow gin — one of the first spirits ever created in Québec — the Cowansville-based distillery returns with an unprecedented expression: a fruit-forward, pink-hued gin that delicately blends strawberry and yuzu.

 

While its vibrant aromas naturally evoke summer, we’ve chosen to celebrate them in the heart of winter — a way to bring a touch of color, freshness, and hope to the coldest days.
