Originally from the Basque Country, I chose to come to Quebec to pursue my passion for mixology and develop my skills in the art of cocktails. With a solid background in gastronomy and a passion for chemistry, I excel in creating innovative and harmonious recipes, with or without alcohol.
My devotion to the beverage industry leads me to dedicate much of my time to researching and developing new ideas, as well as participating in cocktail creation and speed competitions. This experience allowed me to develop unique expertise, which I apply with passion in my work as a bartender.
