As part of our Guest bartender series, we have the pleasure of welcoming Mauricio from clandestino & Mariscos on Wednesday December 11th from 8 p.m. In collaboration with La tequila Codigo Rosa, Mauricio will present three exclusive cocktails for the moment of the evening.

This will be our last evening in this series for 2024. We will also welcome James Bouthillier for a Flash Tattoo.

Mauricio has been working in the hospitality industry for 6 years already. Having started as a barback, he learned from several Montreal mentors in several renowned bars before finding his place among the owners of Clandestino and Mariscos. Also operating AlcheMix, a company specializing in cocktail ingredients, he concocted cocktails bringing together his different businesses under one menu.
