As part of our Guest bartender series, we have the pleasure of welcoming Jacques Barneto from the magnificent Le Projet Pilote bar on Wednesday, November 20th. In collaboration with Hendrick’s gin, Jacques will present three exclusive cocktails for an evening. Originally from the Basque Country, I chose to come to Quebec to pursue my passion for mixology and develop my skills in the art of cocktails. With a solid background in gastronomy and a chemistry enthusiast, I excel in creating innovative and harmonious recipes, with or without alcohol.
My devotion to the beverage industry leads me to dedicate much of my time to researching and developing new ideas, as well as participating in cocktail creation and speed competitions. This experience allowed me to develop unique expertise, which I apply with passion in my work as a bartender.
