01- Nose: vanilla and salt are heavily prevalent here with light touches of nutmeg
02- Palate: burnt caramel and raw sugar cane are the main flavours here with a slight nuttiness
03- Finale: the after is fairly short with notes of nutmeg and spice
General impression probably one of my preferred whiskeys now its just heavy enough to sip on slowly but doesn’t stay with you too long so you take another sip

01- Nose: Notes of vanilla and caramel
02- Palate: A good balance between sweet and spices where you do taste vanilla and caramel notes
03- Finale: Long finish with sweet and spicy notes
General impression Overall, light bourbon to drink where it is easy to depict sweet notes from the vanilla and caramel as well as the multiple spices (i.e. rye) for the spicy notes

01- Nose: Hints of orange peel and vanilla
02- Palate: Delicate notes of honey
03- Finale: Dry finale
General impression Smooth dry finale whiskey where compared to 1792 small batch bourbon and
Sazerac rye, this whisky is on the sweeter side with less rye and less notes of spices. Overall easy American whiskey to drink where with an added drop of water in the glass – it is easier to smell the orange peel aroma’s.

01- Nose: Salted caramel, brownie, flamed orange peel, iodine
02- Palate: smoke, salt, custard creme, white grapes,
03- Finale: Ginger snaps, rye toast, drying peat smokiness
General impression This beauty keeps changing on you. Starts off intensely peaty, ends up floral and buttery.
