C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre une autre f\u00eate cr\u00e9\u00e9e qui sert aux promotions & marketing mais on va la c\u00e9l\u00e9brer, car \u00e7a ne nous en prend pas beaucoup pour nous convaincre de boire un gin & tonic.

L\u2019histoire du gin & tonique remonte au XVIIIe si\u00e8cle, avec les colons de l\u2019Empire britannique pr\u00e9sent en Inde. Les soldats avaient l\u2019habitude de boire de l\u2019eau Quinine, une substance tr\u00e8s am\u00e8re. \u00c0 la base, l\u2019eau quinine \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9 par les soldats dans les r\u00e9gions tropicales pour lutter la malaria. Pour essayer de masquer son go\u00fbt, ils y ont ajout\u00e9 de l\u2019eau et du sucre et parfois du gin ce qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s populaire en Angleterre. C\u2019est ainsi que le fameux cocktail est n\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Bien s\u00fbr la recette a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e au fil des ann\u00e9es et est devenue une vraie boisson r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019eaux de quinine ou eaux toniques.
