Le Bootlegger f\u00e9licite Jason Cabanillas aka \u00ab\u00a0Bambino\u00a0\u00bb pour s’\u00eatre class\u00e9 \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re position au niveau r\u00e9gional de la comp\u00e9tition de cocktail Made Love. Une comp\u00e9tition de Mixologie connue et qui prend place \u00e0 travers le Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason est un bartender avec \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de talent et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Bien connu sur le Boulevard St-Laurent, il \u00e9volue pr\u00e9sentement pour plusieurs \u00e9tablissements dont notre nouveau projet le Caf\u00e9 Mimosa \u00e0 quelques portes de notre bar \u00e0 cocktail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00fb \u00e0 la situation de confinement de 2020, la comp\u00e9tition a pris une tournure diff\u00e9rente. La grande soir\u00e9e qui accueille annuellement plusieurs centaines de personnes a fait place cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 un concept plus intime. Les juges se sont plut\u00f4t d\u00e9plac\u00e9s \u00e0 un endroit au choix du concurrent. Ce dernier devait pr\u00e9parer et pr\u00e9senter son cocktail dans un espace qui l’inspirait et qui s’alignait avec l’esprit de sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous sommes fiers d’avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 le choix de Jason, un bartender dont vous n’avez pas fini d’entendre parler. On remercie au passage le Diablos BBQ<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pour la nourriture servie avec le cocktail. Jason a choisi le bootlegger pour ce qu\u2019il lui inspire, pour avoir marqu\u00e9 ses d\u00e9buts dans l\u2019industries des bars et \u00e7a relation avec le bartender Christ Desjardins. Le jeune comp\u00e9titeur explique comment ses visites au Bootlegger l\u2019ont inspir\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de sa carri\u00e8re et lors desquelles il a pu apprendre des techniques et notions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
